My founder Sim is called Bronwyn Blessed, she is an Emma Watson lookalike I downloaded from the Sims 4 gallery.

Here she is on her empty lot with £1800 to build herself the basics.

Bronwyn can eat, sleep, use the toilet and knit, what more could she want, right?
